Our grand opening party celebrated just a taste of all that Lirica offers. We are a new luxury apartment community in East Austin. With hip amenities rooted in East Austin’s creative roots, our apartments speak to those wanting to nurture their creativity, connection to others, and professions.
Our grand opening party had a fantastic turnout with an open bar and buffet, a photo booth and DJ, and our very own live-work businesses showcasing their food, drink, and services.
DJ in the Hi Fi Lounge
DJ Jarvis Justin set the tone in our Hi-Fi lounge. Jarvis’s groovy mixes elevated the energy while revealing the versatility and creative spirit that this room was made for.
We designed the Hi Fi Lounge to be reminiscent of Austin’s musical roots. This is one of Lirica’s favorite community spaces. It’s where you’ll find old-fashioned record players and a collection of vintage albums, as well as a wet bar, television, and true ambiance.
We hope that the Hi Fi lounge is where you’ll go to when you want to come up with your best ideas, or when you need a quiet refresh.
Our Very Own Market of Fun
Our residents define our community. We invited our live-work residents to showcase their small businesses at our grand opening celebration, which included food, puppy pictures, haircuts, and more.

Green Ritual Matcha
Thank you to Green Ritual Matcha for bringing authentically cultivated matcha from Japan to Austin, and to right here at our Lirica grand opening! They are truly masters of matcha.
Good Egg Society
This isn’t your average cold brew. This is authentic Vietnamese coffee. Our residents had the joy of trying Good Egg Society’s carefully brewed coffee drinks like their Ube flavored coffee and traditional blends!
Flyrite Chicken
We loved partnering with Flyrite, a locally owned mobile chicken shop, to serve delicious, handcrafted chicken sandwiches.
Tozi
At Lirica’s grand opening party, we got to try Tozi, a blue corn and amaranth tortilla and chip brand based right here in Austin. These crunchy salty snacks are secretly made from superfood!
Pawshots ATX
Pawshots ATX had our residents and their furry friends strike a post right here in our live-work unit!
Kiwi – ATX Tattoo Artist
Kira is a resident of Lirica and tattoo artist at For the People Tattoo Studio in East Austin. The S2 live-work studio came in handy for flash tattoos by Kira, where residents got to see how creativity becomes unleased in our live-work apartments.
Profile Hair Studios

A gorgeous array of bread, cheeses, meats, and more was presented by La Pera Catering. They set the stage for classy bites in a communal setting.
