Where living with access to skyline views meets unmatched communal creative energy in East Austin. This is the Sky Lounge at Lirica, one of our favorite community amenities.
Where the view is just as good as the setting, Lirica’s sky lounge is a sophisticated and elevated reprieve within the community. Set at the rooftop of this East Austin apartment community, Lirica’s sky lounge is where residents connect and unwind.
Watch the sunset on downtown Austin, getting a glimpse of what makes Austin special without the chaos of living directly downtown.
Gather around the bar top or on the tufted leather sofas while enjoying the relaxed nature of our rooftop, and consistent natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows.
Play cards, cheers with your neighbors, or do whatever you do solo with a view of downtown.
From the balcony, the city skyline and treetops make for the best apartment rooftop views in East Austin.
Great new build in Austin! Really like the many amenities from the huge park to the modern gym to the sky lounge. Couldn't say better things about the property and amazing staff.

Lirica is THE new kid on the block! Offering Studio, 1, 2, & 3BR plus independent live-work spaces! Beautiful sleek design, downtown views, matte black hardware and adjustable rainfall shower heads to launch November 2025. Followed by an array of common area amenities, like a ride share lounge, record lounge, rooftop lounge and beautifully crafted pool spaces to come. The Lirica is 5-star quality and design.

Great spot! Flexible layout options, designer touches like 8-foot doors, luxury finishes, roof top lounge, resort style pool, pet friendly. Would highly recommend if in the market for apartment in this area.

The VIEW from the sky lounge is one of the best in Austin! The leasing team took the time to take us to up there and the skyline view is really the star of the show there. The rooms are super super nice, and quality is up there compared to the other places I’ve toured

This place is great and in a great location. It is close to downtown and all the best spots in Austin. The pool and amenities are really nice, and the rooftop terrace is awesome with great views and plenty of space to hang out.
